Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of A.M.D Audio and Lighting, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users, clients, and visitors of our website and services.

Section 2

Services Description

AMD Audio & Lighting provides professional audio system rental, lighting equipment rental, and event production services for various occasions including but not limited to:

  • Weddings and debut parties
  • Corporate events and seminars
  • Concerts and live performances
  • Festivals and outdoor events
  • Private parties and celebrations
Section 3

Booking & Reservation

All bookings are subject to availability. To secure your reservation, a down payment may be required. We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance for regular events and 14 days for large-scale productions.

A confirmed booking means you have received a written confirmation from AMD Audio & Lighting via email or Messenger.
Section 4

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client:

  • More than 14 days before event: 100% refund of down payment
  • 7–14 days before event: 50% refund of down payment
  • Less than 7 days before event: No refund of down payment

Cancellation by AMD: If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, etc.), we will provide a full refund or help you find an alternative solution.

Section 5

Payment Terms

Payment methods accepted: Cash, GCash, Bank Transfer, or Remittance services. Full payment must be settled before or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Down payment: 30%–50% of total package price
  • Balance: Due on or before event day
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
Section 6

Liability & Damages

AMD Audio & Lighting is not liable for:

  • Injuries or accidents occurring at the event venue
  • Power outages or venue-related issues
  • Interruptions caused by weather or external factors

Equipment Damage: Client is responsible for any damage or loss of equipment caused by event attendees or venue conditions outside normal use. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the client.

Section 7

Equipment Handling

Our team is responsible for the setup, operation, and teardown of all equipment. Clients or event attendees are not permitted to operate professional equipment unless explicitly authorized by AMD staff.

Please inform us of any venue restrictions, power limitations, or access issues before the event day.
Section 8

Force Majeure

AMD Audio & Lighting is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Typhoons, floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters
  • Government-imposed lockdowns or restrictions
  • Power outages or infrastructure failures
  • Strikes or labor disputes

In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a partial/full refund based on the situation.

Section 9

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lanao del Norte, Philippines.

Section 10

Amendments

AMD Audio & Lighting reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
